Adcopia is operated by Antonio Tarabay, an independent sole proprietor based in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. References in these Terms to “Adcopia,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company” refer to that sole proprietorship. This applies to all language versions of these Terms.

Adcopia is an AI-powered listing studio that helps real estate agents turn property notes into marketing copy, captions, and exportable assets in all major world languages.

You own everything you generate. Inputs and outputs belong entirely to you. We do not claim rights over your listings, photos, or generated text.

We provide AI-powered generation via the Anthropic API. Service availability depends on third-party providers and is offered on an "as-is" basis with reasonable best effort.

Use Adcopia for real estate marketing only. No spam, no illegal content, no harassment, no fair-housing violations, and no misrepresentation of properties.

We may update features, pricing, and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
