Privacy Policy

When you sign in, your profile data (name, agency, contact details, defaults, brand voice, uploaded photos) is stored securely in your Adcopia workspace so it follows you across devices. Photos are held in a private, tenant-scoped storage bucket. Until you sign in, that data stays on your device only. We collect anonymized usage data to improve the product.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not build profiles for resale.

Your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate content. See Anthropic's privacy policy.

We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to record technical error reports so we can fix faults. Error reports contain the technical details of the failure, the page address, the error type and the stack trace, with personal data and listing content removed before sending. Sentry derives an approximate location (city and country level) from the connection on their side; it is not a precise location and no IP address is stored with the report. Sentry sets no cookies on this site.

Access, correction, deletion, portability, use the “Delete my data” and “Export my data” buttons on your Profile page.

Signed-in profile data stays in your workspace until you delete it via “Delete my data”, which removes both the database record and any uploaded photos. Guest (not-signed-in) profile data stays on your device until you clear it.
