Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days, credits, or features within a billing period that has already started.

Where local law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund (for example, certain EU or Swiss consumer protection rights), those rights apply and are not affected by this policy.

Free trial credits are not paid for and are not refundable.
