You can cancel anytime from your Profile once paid plans are live. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. During early access, no subscriptions are billed yet.

In short: cancel anytime, no partial refunds for unused days within a billing period, and statutory rights (EU / Swiss consumer law) always apply. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Give it a few minutes, payments can take up to 10 minutes to settle. Check your inbox for the payment confirmation email. If credits still aren't there after that, contact us with the confirmation email attached and we'll fix it.

The "Made with Adcopia" badge on shareable listing pages is removed on paid plans. See Pricing for the plan that fits.

Yes. Once paid plans are live, you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Profile. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Paid plans include white-label listing pages, your public listing URLs show your branding, not ours. See Pricing for the plans that include it.

Check your spam or promotions folder, confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, message us and we'll manually confirm your account.

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link. If you originally signed in with Google, use "Continue with Google" instead, there's no password on that kind of account.

Go to Profile → "Delete all my data". This permanently removes your account, brand kit, listings and all associated data from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Yes, Adcopia works worldwide. The interface is available in 11 languages and you can generate listings in any of those languages, no matter where you're based.

The interface language and the output language are separate settings. In the Studio, look for the "Output language" selector, it defaults to your interface language, but you can override it per listing.

Yes, every output is fully editable. Click into any generated title, description, or caption and change whatever you want before publishing.

Always review the facts before publishing. After the AI extracts facts from your input, you'll see a "Facts extracted" step where you can correct anything, surface area, room count, features, before the full listing is generated.

Open the listing in the Listings page and use the share button. That gives you a public URL you can send to buyers, they don't need an account to view it.

Yes. We only use your listing data to generate your outputs, we don't train models on it or sell it. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Adcopia is operated from Switzerland (canton of Vaud), where strong privacy-by-design rules apply.

Yes. Our Terms state plainly: you own everything you generate, inputs and outputs belong entirely to you. We don't claim rights over your listings, photos, or generated text. Full wording in our Terms.
